Long Island Branding Group provides branding, design, marketing, and related creative services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal between the client and Long Island Branding Group.
All creative work produced by Long Island Branding Group remains the intellectual property of Long Island Branding Group until full payment is received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Long Island Branding Group.
Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal or agreement. Long Island Branding Group reserves the right to pause or terminate work on a project if payment obligations are not met.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.
Long Island Branding Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
